Quality Inn Conway Northwest

They've lost our business, and we're never coming back. My team travels constantly, and our hotel stays are usually straightforward. I have plenty of points and often use them to cover travel, but this location made it ridiculously hard. Even as a Diamond Elite member with Choice Hotels, I got no special treatment. Using points is usually easy at Choice Hotels, but this property's requirements felt extreme. They wanted a $100 cash deposit from my field engineer, who was staying on my points. I called and sent my driver's license by secure email. They could view it and take a photo, but said they couldn't print it. Their only suggestion was that I book through a third-party site like Hotels.com. After all that hassle, I'm at a loss for words.

We left a day early and still haven't received our refund. They told me to speak with the manager, but I don't think that manager exists. I escalated it to the General Manager and still haven't heard back. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. We stayed in Dec 2025, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was run down, the lobby smelled like marijuana, insects were near the breakfast food, and there was mold in the bathrooms. Stay away.

I don't usually complain about everything, but I'm stuck here for work with roaches and they refused to switch my room. The breakfast was poor, even by continental breakfast standards. Roaches. Need I say more?

The lot is tiny, which was a problem with my truck and trailer. They advertise truck parking, but it's a dark dirt lot next door that you can't see at all. Breakfast was such a letdown that it brought my rating down: no eggs or sausage, just cereal, make-your-own waffles, and very hard bagels. They poured some kind of liquid into clear pitchers instead of using even the fake OJ machine. Maybe it was apple juice, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to test it. I didn't eat or drink anything. The room and facility were really nice, and the rooms seemed well cleaned. The room was great, with a pool and palm trees on the property. The shower was good, but the metal bed frame squeaked whenever I moved. The price and lack of a decent breakfast killed the score. I didn't take photos this time, though I think I took one out the window.
