Management and staff were professional, kind, and very accommodating. The rooms are immaculate and well kept, with impressively comfortable beds and perfect pillows. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled, and the updates really show. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming stay.

We needed somewhere at the last minute, the day after Christmas, and didn’t expect to find such a great room deal. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was awesome, friendly, and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty decent, and you can make your own waffles. I was in town for work, and my room wasn’t clean. The beds were made and the sheets seemed clean, but there was toothpaste on the mirror and a razor cover on the floor by the door. I own a cleaning company, so I cleaned the room myself after noticing those things. They offered another room, but I’d already settled in. A discount should have been applied or offered.

I’m very displeased. The manager was unkind and rude, and there were roaches and bed bugs in my luggage and clothes. The bathroom had water leaks and no heat. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a business trip or vacation. I can’t remove the star, but it doesn’t deserve one.

We found two cockroaches in the refrigerator. We asked for a refund and to move to another location, but staff said that wasn’t possible because we’d booked through Booking.com. They moved us to another room, where we didn’t see any bugs. We got up at 5 a.m. and left as quickly as we could.
