Hampton Inn by Hilton Cooperstown

The hospitality alone would make me want to come back. Hampton Inn goes the extra mile with bagels for guests on the run, calls to confirm stay dates, and sweet notes from housekeeping. There are toiletries in the women's restroom, too. The same songs seem to repeat. I think Rihanna's "Only Girl in the World" played twice in an hour at breakfast, though I did add a few new songs to my playlist while studying in the dining area. Pillow choices are limited to the overly fluffy ones, and the shower door keeps sliding. The hallway windows have barely any trim, so please don't run toward them. There's an outdoor firepit, a Lilypad pond onsite, and coin laundry machines.

The room had two Queen beds, a nice flat screen TV, microwave, mini fridge, and individual coffee cup maker. There was plenty of light, and the floors and bathroom were spotless. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The hotel is in a very quiet area, and the 6am-10am breakfast had a great selection. After I checked in online, the hotel texted to see if I needed anything. When I had a question, they replied promptly. Great service. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame or are in the area for another reason.

We used the well-equipped gym every day, and the clean room was spacious and had a microwave. Our family of four was really impressed with the amenities and the staff, who were kind and generous with their recommendations. Breakfast even had almond milk, which was a surprise. This hotel made our stay in Cooperstown!

Jenn was so helpful and informative, smiling all evening and answering every question we had. She's the best. The hotel was super clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly, and the coffee and 6am-10am breakfast selection were great.
