We got home at 3:15 am after driving 2.5 hours because we couldn't stand to stay. We booked one night after a nearby concert, but the place was awful: run-down, dirty, and nobody was at the front desk. The hallways smelled so bad I covered my nose. There was hair on the bathroom sink, the washcloths were too dingy to use, and the pillowcases were stained. The carpet and furniture were so bad I didn't want to take my shoes off. My husband realized how uncomfortable we were and kindly got us out of there. When we went downstairs, there still wasn't anyone at the desk, so we left the room card on the counter and drove home. I'd like a refund, but leaving the card was the only proof we had that we didn't stay.

We only needed the room for one night, though we had booked 10 days as a fallback in case our house wasn't ready by the time we had to leave our current place. The staff and manager refused to check us out after our living situation changed, and wouldn't refund the 9 unused days. Losing $600 this way is ridiculous and unprofessional. The hotel itself was in rough shape. The whole place smelled of weed, the air felt dirty, and the room was damp. Outlets were pulled out of the walls, the drywall was damaged in several spots, and the sink and vanity were dirty. The bed was hard as a rock, and breakfast was dismal. I would not recommend it.

The highway noise is my one real complaint. Traffic is constant and seriously loud, so I'd try for a room on the opposite side of the hotel if you can. Otherwise, my stay was good and I'd come back. The staff are great and always accommodating, the rooms are clean, and the fridge, TV, microwave, stove top, and bed were all good. No deposit was needed, though they do ask for a credit card on file at check-in. Some shady-looking people hang around out front, but I haven't had any issues.

We arrived to find no electricity. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower had muck and grime all over it. The front desk guy was terrible and extremely rude. The TV didn't work, there was no water pressure, and the toilet wouldn't flush.
