The other workers were great, respectful, professional, and helpful. I'd give them all 10 out of 10, but because of one person, I definitely won't come back. Her name is Jessica, and she's terrible. She treats people like garbage, acts like she's better than everyone else, and talks to people like they're children without giving them any respect. It's disgusting and unprofessional. I'd stayed here before while in town to see family and thought it was a great place. The service changed my mind. I won't return as long as she still works there.

My family and I felt welcome at Surburban studio. Every employee treated us very nicely, and the room we had was clean and nice. The cleanliness and excellent customer service are why I'm giving it five stars. I really enjoyed my stay, would recommend this place to anyone, and would love to come back.

There was severe noise from the room next door starting around midnight, and it went on all night. I contacted staff several times, but they refused to do anything and told me to deal with it. I had to call the police myself to get it resolved. The manager reviewed the security footage and admitted she saw the incident and the police dispatch on camera. Still, she denied a refund, despite knowing the room was completely uninhabitable, and said my only option was to check out at 3 AM if I didn't like it. Corporate wouldn't intervene when I contacted them. The service was completely unprofessional and unsafe. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I stayed in July to be closer to Inkcarceration, and the hotel was good for the cost. I called ahead to say I'd arrive after midnight when the festival ended. They made a note so I wouldn't be marked as a no-show, and check-in went fine. Since I'd booked online with reward points, I had to pay a $50 security deposit. They said it would be refunded on check-in day, but a month later it was still on my card. I emailed them, and it was refunded that same day.
