A year later, this is still the worst lodging I’ve experienced in ages. These are the oldest condos at Cooper, and it shows in the difficult layout and severe wear and tear. They may be the worst option on the 70 corridor. Our second-floor rental shook whenever the upstairs neighbor walked across the floor or slammed a door. The worn, dated interior was one of the few places where I didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot. The public Wi-Fi was useless, parking was tight and limited, and the furnishings were as cheap as possible. Even getting in and out of the vehicle was a hassle. I could go on, but you get the idea. You’ll regret staying here. A decrepit, rundown dump.

The condo was very clean and had a full kitchen, which saved me a lot of money since I could cook for myself. It was close to the magic carpet and gondola, so my son learned a lot. The ski-in, ski-out access was great, and it was very convenient for snowboarding with a little kid. We’d like to go again.

We had a great sunroom for sitting and watching people. The place was pretty nice for the price, and being just steps from the lift made it easy to pop back for lunch and then head out for a couple more runs.

It was quiet, and the location was fantastic, with private parking and true ski-in condos. There are good retail locations downstairs. The one drawback is that the condo is getting close to needing an update.

I stayed for a night in July and enjoyed it. Nice condo for a fair price. There’s no air conditioning, but I didn’t need any.
