We had a rough night in 211a. Noise and the smell of pot came through pretty freely from the adjoining room, 211, and made it hard to sleep. The location was good, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The condos were roomy and had been renovated. Really great.

We lost over half an hour trying to find the place we had booked. There were no useful signs or directions, and the entrance was a tiny, key-card-only door, nowhere near the lifts. We were also told we'd have a garage parking spot, but couldn't find any garage available to us in the area. There was no check-in at the lodge. We had to drive to another building to get our keys, something only mentioned down in the confirmation email's fine print. We figured it out by calling central reservations, and got a “duh, didn't you read the email” response. The whole arrival process really soured what should've been an exciting start to our trip. This place is advertised as one of the fancy lodges closest to the lifts, but it was so hard to find and get into.

The lockers were a real plus. They're on the ground floor and open with the room key, so everyone in our party could get to them. Copper One is also just steps from the lift, and the units had a nice layout and looked good at first. We rented a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom over Easter weekend in mid-April 2022, near the end of ski season. Both had fairly major maintenance problems. Copper Lodging handled them extremely well, but it was still disappointing to have issues in both units. I'd rent there again because of how well Copper Lodging dealt with things. We'd also rented two units through Copper Lodging for April 2020. When the mountain shut down during the pandemic, they refunded us right away. I work in travel, and many people had to fight other vendors to get their deposits and payments back, so that customer service stood out. In both experiences, Copper Lodging treated us very well.

There was so much to see, do, and eat right outside the door, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It would work well for a group since everyone could pick somewhere to eat. The place was beautiful, and our Copper One condo was really comfortable. That shower with the steam room was heavenly, OMG!
