Our group of six had plenty of room in a three-bedroom, three-bath condo, and the views were awesome. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals. It was easy to get to restaurants, a shuttle stop, and the lifts, and the ski lockers and hot tub on the back patio were great. One thing to keep in mind: the walkable lift is Super Bee, which serves more difficult terrain. For green runs, you'd want to stay in west village. Our unit also didn't have adequate heating, so I’m giving it four stars.

The mountain view and kitchen were good, but we left our child's backpack behind and couldn't get much help. The manager who answered the number in the booking didn't know anything about it. There's no front desk, and that one phone number is the only way to reach them. Their lost and found process really isn't adequate. If you forget something, getting it back could be a big problem.
The home itself was nice, though the bench by the door kept hitting my legs. The keys were confusing too, since we had to pick them up in a different building. Newer locks like Yale would be much more convenient and avoid extra charges for lost keys. The much worse problem was how Vacasa handled our forgotten backpack. We checked out at 10 am and realized at 11 that we'd left it behind with our laptop, documents, hard drives, keys, passports, and other things. We called Vacasa, then went to take care of a few things. When we returned two hours later, the backpack was moving. The manager said there were no updates. I could see my laptop in Find My Phone and said I was calling the police. I did call, and they were very helpful. The Vacasa manager said she couldn't do anything because she couldn't reach the property management and didn't know what was happening. After hours and a lot of pressure, they gave us the housekeeper company's address, and we finally got the bag back. The housekeeper had gone through everything, opening the backpack, touching personal items and medical records, and opening my wallet. It was the worst experience. We had to threaten them to get our things back after someone had gone through all of them. Vacasa had no idea how to help, and I had to drive to California. With nobody on location, getting the bag took hours. I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten my belongings back without Find My Friends. They had no right to go through all that personal property.
There are lots of facilities at the lodge, and it was fun staying there. Rentals and restaurants are nearby, and getting around is convenient. It sits in east village very close to the Super Bee lift, but that lift goes to difficult trails, so beginners generally need to take the bus to central or west village to start skiing. The lodge works well for skiing, though its location isn't great for beginners. You can park one car in the garage; an extra car has to go to the distant Alpine parking lot. The bus is available and convenient.
We stayed in #315, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath place with lots of amenities. It's surrounded by a fun golf course, with food and drinks within walking distance. Frisco, Vail, and Breckenridge are nearby too. A very nice vacation spot.
