Studio 6 Extended Stay - Coral Springs, FL - Fort Lauderdale

I love this place. The staff are amazing, especially the new Agm jamara. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers close by, and the express way is around block a way, so getting around is easier. The property is safe and clean, and I love that they have security on weekends. I highly recommend it and will keep coming back.

I stayed here twice a month for three months while traveling for work, and every time the hotel “accidentally” failed to refund my security deposit. On my last two visits, I called because I was frustrated this kept happening, while staff told me the refund had already been processed. Today I called ahead, since this has become a regular problem, and asked a woman to check. She sounded nice and confirmed it had been refunded, so I waited. When I called back later, another woman checked and said it hadn’t been refunded. I told her I’d spoken with someone earlier who said it had, and hoped she could understand why I was frustrated. She said the manager would be in at 7 am tomorrow and would process it then. No apology, just a rude, short response. When I asked who I’d spoken to that morning, she hung up on me. Amazing guest service. Be warned, they’ll try to steal your money.
