For the price, I’d look elsewhere. There are several stores nearby, which is convenient, but other places seem cleaner and better maintained. The pool area was heated, but the water was cold; the hot tub was warm. Still, the place looked so old and dirty that we skipped swimming for hygiene reasons. The hallway carpets had white stains, the pool door was badly rusted, and the elevator looked dingy. I also felt itchy lying on the bed. It has the feel of a run-down old motel, especially around check-in. Nothing seemed modernized or renovated, including the breakfast dining room. I’m surprised people call the rooms clean or give it high ratings.

Jay helped me arrange the meeting room, and James was there on the day of our event. Both were outstanding employees who went well beyond what was needed to help make the event go wonderfully. Renting the room was an amazing experience.

I’ve been here long term for work, and the staff have been awesome. Jay, the night shift front desk guy, is a hoot to talk to. Breakfast is great, the coffee is really good, and there are different juices and soft drinks. My king suite has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, shelves for food or clothes, plus a desk, chair, and couch. They clean the rooms every day, and mine always looks and smells clean. Really great customer experience with everyone.

We picked this place after AI pointed us to it for the price, quality, and positive reviews, and it steered us right. The hotel was affordable, with clean rooms, great service, and a hearty breakfast. It met all the marks we were looking for.
