It's a good deal for the price. I checked in at night without any trouble, slept well, and the room was warm. The shower was hot too. I'd stay again if I'm passing through Kentucky.

I was there five minutes before I found a cockroach on the hat I'd set down. The shower didn't work, the room took five or six hours to warm up, and the beds felt like cardboard. Worst of all, the woman at the desk treated me like a criminal or a homeless man. This was the worst room rental experience I've ever had. If I could give less than one star, I would.

The place is quiet, decent, and small, with clean rooms and friendly people. But be very careful if you bring pets. I was told to leave because my cats were supposedly making the floor stink. They had a new litter box and I cleaned it every day, so I don't know what to say. I did notice they like rolling around on the floor, and after reading some other reviews, I'm starting to wonder. I otherwise have no complaints. The owner sent me a nice response saying they looked forward to hosting me again, but that's impossible since they put me on a do not return list. I'm not dirty or messy.

I stayed a few nights because of an electrical issue and had no problems during my stay. Check in was fast, it's pet friendly, and there was hot water.
