The building is immaculate and new, the rooms are huge, the beds comfortable, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and especially good about working through small glitches as they learned the new systems. The breakfast was a big letdown, though. It was meant to be a full buffet with bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, and more. Instead there was no meat, only decaf coffee, missing sugar and creamer, and no sugar-free syrup for diabetes. The staff did their best to fix what they could, and a little more planning should help. Once the new hotel’s growing pains settle, it could easily be five stars. We’d recommend it and would stay again.

I loved my stay and plan to come back. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and laid out really well, and my room felt crisp, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and I met so many friendly people during my visit. It’s great to see such a wonderful property in Corbin.

The staff were great, which is why I’m giving five stars. It’s a brand-new hotel, and the beds are extremely firm, so you’d need to like a firm mattress. The highway is close enough that there’s noise. A garbage truck came at 5 a.m. and woke everyone, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was mediocre for the price, but we ate.

We were impressed by how clean the whole hotel was, and they were very accommodating with our two-year-old. We stayed one night on a road trip and will definitely return on our next trip.
