Corcoran Inn

The people who work at the Corcoran Inn are nice, and the rooms are basic but pleasant, with an in-room coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The motel across the street had a strong smell in its rooms, which I think came from the cleaning chemicals. At another place down the street, they accused me of leaving a mess when I hadn’t. The Corcoran Inn beats both by far.

I wouldn’t rent here again. The showers and toilets were broken, and they didn’t want to give us clean sheets, towels, or toilet paper. The maid was rude, called us low lifers, and said things in Spanish. She had white stuff coming out of her mouth, lol. The manager was rude too and charged us more than the room cost. People were smoking weed, and the manager tried to put my daughter in a dirty room. He and his wife disrespected her and called us names.

I was visiting a friend, so I didn’t stay in the room myself. From what I saw, things looked fine for that price range, though I can’t speak to the service. I heard there are a lot of hookers hanging around there, so I’m not sure I’d want to stay myself.

This town doesn’t have much, but for the price I don’t think you can do better at another motel. It was clean, with nice granite counters, and within walking distance of the train station. It was better than the other motels I’d stayed at before.
