Holiday Inn Express Cordele

We pre-checked in for a week this afternoon with Roberta and a lovely housekeeping lady, ahead of my hubby’s medical treatment. They gave us excellent, compassionate customer care. The location is clean and quiet, with many safety features around the facility, so I feel confident he’ll be safe and comfortable during his stay. Thank you both. This kind of service is why we especially prefer IHG hotels, particularly the Holliday Inn’s.

We arrived around 3 a.m. on our way to Tennessee, and Michiel at the front desk was still so pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make our late check-in work and arranged an extended check-out too. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was clean, and even without hot breakfast items there was still a good amount of choice. Mike at the front desk was amazing. He apologized for the wait and let us know upfront that the oven was down and breakfast wouldn’t have hot items. It was a very good experience, and we’d stay again. We were there in early January.

The location is the only thing I liked, and I wouldn’t return. It’s an older hotel that still functions, but opening my room door was a struggle each time because the handle was damaged. The room smelled musty, and they unexpectedly charged me a $25 "accommodation fee" that wasn’t listed on the website.
