Hampton Inn & Suites Corona, Ca

I've been coming here since the hotel opened, after previously staying at a neighboring Hilton. In 2025 alone, I'll have spent more than 50 nights here. Everything is consistently clean and great, and every interaction with the hotel and team has been world-class. I've stayed on my own for work and with my family, and we're all grateful for this hotel. I love the staff. Robert does an outstanding job managing the hotel and team. Grace and Jazmine are always kind and helpful at check-in, and quick to answer questions. Pinky is so hospitable at the complimentary breakfast. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my stays.

Don't book here for your wedding. I reserved two rooms, but the day before, only one was ready. There was no backup plan for my parents, who had to drive back late at night. It ruined the start of my wedding morning. Manager Robert was rude and dismissive instead of showing concern. I was also charged for something I never ordered. Check your folio carefully at checkout if you do stay. This place is disorganized and unprofessional, and couldn't handle an important event. Save yourself the stress and don't stay here for your wedding or with your family.

My room was super clean, thanks to attendant Isabel, and I loved the bathroom setup. It felt very new, and there were plenty of outlets. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. Glen Ivy hot springs is just a 13-minute drive away, and Woodranch BBQ restaurant is about 7 minutes away. I'd definitely stay again.

The bathroom had almost no water pressure, at the sink or shower, and the showerhead restriction left us with just a trickle. The room was way too small for two queens. As a Diamond member for decades, I've never been given the property's worst room because I used points before. I've stayed here three times in a paid King room, and those rooms were large. The TV is placed so you can't watch it from bed, though. It's been open less than a year, and a few minor changes could make this a really nice place.
