Loews Coronado Bay Resort

We ended up spending far more time at the resort than I'd planned and never made it to San Diego. My wife, daughter, and I stayed three nights, and the place is beautifully designed and well kept, with what feels like a huge private beach, three lovely pools, and two hot tubs. Crown Landing served great food at reasonable prices, and the room rate was quite reasonable too. Coronado Village is a 15-minute ride on the resort's free shuttle.

Our family was there to celebrate my brother's memorial, and we felt cared for through a very emotional weekend. Daniel, Paulina, Emily, and Samantha were attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful. Their warmth and professionalism helped us feel comfortable and supported. Lonnie, Elijah, Cheryl, and Jocelyn deserve a special thank you too. I've spent 15 years working in hospitality and now consult on private client experience and repositioning. It was powerful to be on the guest side of service that felt so intuitive, responsive, seamless, and sincere, especially during a sensitive time. The care the team showed made an important weekend feel dignified. Thank you for a stellar experience. We're sincerely grateful.

I was here for two nights for a work conference and had no complaints. The staff did a great job, and dining on site was a good experience. My room had a fantastic view and plenty of space for one person. I'd recommend the resort for what it offers. Parking was the one challenge. Two conferences were happening at once, which made it harder to find a proper spot. That won't stop me from visiting again, but I'll be ready for the parking situation next time. Thanks to the resort staff for the experience.

The city views from the event patio were stunning in the middle of the day and at sunset. I was here for a company trip for the week, with breakfast and lunch provided every day and a few dinners too. The food was above average for a resort where you stay in, and the on-site coffee shop was fantastic. The outdoor pool area was really nice as well. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms nicely renovated, though in places you can see layers of paint from better days. That's part of a resort that's been around for a while. Staff were amazing and greeted guests whenever they could. They clearly cared about our comfort. I did encounter one bartender with an attitude at the pop-up bar during our dinner party, but nearly everyone else was kind, attentive, and welcoming. I'd suggest my company book this place again.
