We rented snowmobiles right on the property and spent nine unforgettable hours on the trails, with scenery unlike anything we'd seen before. The weekend at Tall Timber Lodge in Pittsburg, NH was amazing, and it was my birthday trip. We got in late because of a snowstorm. I'd spoken with Tom at the front desk beforehand, and he was kind and reassuring that our late arrival wouldn't be a problem. He also explained our snowmobiling plans for the next morning, which helped a lot. We asked whether the bar might still be open, and I'm glad we checked. The bartenders welcomed us and were happy to serve us despite the weather and late hour. The restaurant and bar manager had let the staff know we'd been held up in the storm, and she was thoughtful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. We'd forgotten to book dinner for when we got back, but the manager helped us get it arranged. The customer service really went above and beyond. Thanks to the whole team for making my birthday weekend so special. We can't wait to return.

We always look forward to our February stay in one of Tall Timber Lodge's Lake Side Cabins. The staff are welcoming, and the cabin is reliably clean and warm. It's an ideal base for winter activities, with easy access to the trails. I'd recommend the lodge and its people to families looking for a comfortable, warm vacation.

Tall Timber is my favorite of the places I've stayed in Pittsburg. The cabins are roomy, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are always extremely friendly. It's closest to southern Pittsburg, too. I love this place so much that if it ever went up for sale, I'd want to buy it and keep the quality and friendliness going.

My hunting party was really impressed, and management made us feel like family. Sara, Linda, and Karin were wonderful, as were our server's Nicole, Cody, and Linda. David, the chef, was amazing. My wife Sharon and I have been coming here since 2020 or longer, including for snowmobiling, and somehow the place keeps getting better. This December will make 47 years of marriage for us. My son-in-law and his friend ordered the elk chops twice because they were so good. I loved the truffle filet mignon and trout almondeen. Thanks, y'all, for a great stay and a wonderful time.

Everyone who worked here was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. It was our first visit, and we're definitely planning to make it a regular thing.
