The staff made the stay feel like home, and I’ve already recommended the place to several friends. We had a great time using the indoor pool, gym, and lobby pool table, and breakfast was delicious, with different food choices each morning. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available all day. After our nearly three-hour drive, we were glad to find a welcoming, tidy lobby with a modern look. Check-in was handled professionally, and the staff were kind and informative. The elevator felt safe and had plenty of room. Our room smelled fresh, and the bed, bathroom, and furniture were spotless. All the lights worked, and the bathroom was well supplied with towels, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and lotion. The bed was soft and comfortable. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

The freeway is right by the parking lot, so road noise was unbearable for me without earplugs. I also slept poorly on a horrible mattress, then found the coffee at the front desk disappointing when I needed it. They advertise it as Lavazza, and I’m not joking about how bad it was. Still, it’s a good deal if you want somewhere cheap and quick. Checking in through the Hilton app was easy, the rooms are small but have what you need, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The third-floor room was quiet enough for us to sleep well. It had a small fridge, and there was an ice machine on the floor. In the lobby, we found a water refill station and coffee available around the clock. The rooms were clean and roomy, breakfast was good with lots of food choices, and housekeeping came every other day. The bathroom had an A.C. vent for air circulation but no exhaust fan. There was no microwave, and one toilet took a longer hold on the handle to flush properly. One room also had only three pillows for a king bed. The weekend of August 30 seemed busy. Through the Hilton app chat, the front desk said we could check in at 2 a.m., but when we arrived they said check-in wasn’t possible before 3 p.m. That was a letdown.

We expected more from Hilton because we often stay at Embassy Suites. I used the Hilton Honors App to request two adjoining rooms, but they weren’t ready when I arrived at 3 p.m. I called at 6:45 and was told they had just become available, then got a notification at 7:45. In the end, we were assigned rooms on different floors, not side by side. The hot breakfast was eggs, vegan sausage, and pancakes. I wouldn’t stay here again.
