We normally stay one night and move on, but this time we spent all three here. This is going to be our go-to place from now on. Staff and owners alone deserve five stars, they're amazingly friendly. The older room we had was already clean and beautiful, even while renovations are underway. The price might make you think it's cheap, but it really isn't. The workout area is so impressive I thought it was a private gym, and the pool is clean with a lovely outdoor setup. You can swim, head through the gate, and put food on the supplied BBQ. There's also a grassy spot for a picnic. We felt safe walking around the whole property at night, even though I usually don't do that at pricier chains. Breakfast is in the main lobby. Our room had a large, clean bathroom with vanity and closet space, plus a fridge, microwave, long dresser, and table and chairs. The carpet was clean, there were no bedbugs when I checked, and the mattress had plenty of padding. Smoking is allowed, it's 420 friendly and pet friendly, too. We did have to return later and couldn't stay because of loud neighbors, and there was nowhere to move us except upstairs. I can't climb stairs due to my disability.

The room was unsanitary. We checked in late and only discovered the hair on the shower walls and towels, and what looked like mold in the mini fridge and on the comforter, on checkout morning. The groundskeeper said the room hadn't been cleaned for the season, but the manager said people had been staying there. Once we realized it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests, we began packing the car and got locked out 35 minutes before checkout. The office's OPEN sign was on, but the door was locked and nobody was around. A woman nearby called the Resisent Staff Housing Manager, who told us the room hadn't been cleaned and someone would come help. We waited another five minutes before the manager arrived. She refunded us and apologized, but the only other idea she offered was to talk with housekeeping. We were unhappy with the stay and have had nicer campgrounds lately.

The pool was good, though there's no hot tub. Beds were great, and for my first trip to four corners, this was a decent place to stay. Breakfast is free and continental, but by 7:30 all there was bread, bad coffee, and watery orange juice. I'd come back.

The bugs on the bed were enough to send me looking for another hotel, and the residents were screaming, fighting, and threatening one another. I locked myself in the room, then checked out at the front counter within five minutes of arriving. The room was large, but I quickly got to my car and left. The booking website gave me a full refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't stay here.

Cassie, the manager, helped so much and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The staff were awesome, helpful, and accommodating. I stayed with my babies, and our room was comfortable and spacious, with a new fridge and microwave, new flat screen TVs, and one of the new mattresses. The pool and BBQ area were very nice, and the gym has a pool table you can use for free. I'll definitely come back.
