Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites

We managed to plug the bathtub with a K-cup from the coffee machine, but guests shouldn’t have to travel with their own tub stopper. When I told the staff about the problems, they offered no apology or anything else. Frustrating, and we won’t stay again. We needed to bathe the kids before bed, then found there was no plug for the tub. I called the desk, and the agent said there weren’t any on the premises and she’d never seen one. When I asked how we were meant to use the bath, she said she didn’t know. The fridge was so cold that everything froze overnight, and an alarm the previous guest had set for 6 a.m. hadn’t been reset by housekeeping, so we got an early wake-up. The room didn’t feel cozy, with tile floors and fluorescent bulbs. Breakfast was alright. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on it. We checked in later in the day and the front desk agent was curled up on her phone in the lobby. Weird, but oh well.

The little courtyard was a lovely spot to sit outside for a while. Our room was laid out so it was easy to move around, and the breakfast was good. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. A really nice hotel.

We had a very nice stay for one night. The rooms were spacious for the price, and the beds were really comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave good service.

When I stayed at best western a few months ago, the sheets were covered in dog fur from previous visitors and hadn’t been cleaned at all. Bugs were flying around and crawling everywhere, too. It would’ve been nice if they cleaned between guests. I’m not staying there again.
