Suburban Studios near Mesa Verde

The beds were supportive and comfortable, and the hotel is excellent value for money. We booked two rooms near the lobby and next to each other because we had older people with us. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our requests were handled. The front desk woman was kind and attentive. They're lucky to have her. Looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!

For the price, it was a great place to stay. The floors and bedding looked newer, and everything was very clean. There wasn't any hot water, unfortunately, but Grandma Vi, who served breakfast, was so kind.

I stayed for a couple of months, paying $2000 each month. The breakfast selection was small, but it was delicious every time, and the cook is a very sweet older woman. There's also a coffee shop right next door with friendly staff. I'd recommend it.

The location worked well for our two nights visiting the Canyons of the Ancients and Mesa Verde, with easy access to what we needed. We liked the good-sized room and having a full refrigerator with a freezer. The laminate floors were great since we hate hotel carpet, but the bathtub and shower needed recaulking. Breakfast looked okay, though both mornings we arrived at 7:30 and most of the food was already gone. For the price, it was what we expected.
