The owners are wonderful, helpful, and fun, and the staff take their time cleaning each room to make sure it’s clean. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. It’s a nice spot just outside of town, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are just the right size, really clean, and have heated bathroom floors. This place is so cute, easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. They allow dogs for a $15 fee, and it’s close to lots of attractions and not far from the 4 corners. Highly recommend!

There’s a community grill and sitting area that was great to relax in after a long day of driving. The place is close to the road, but our room was quiet on both stays, with no traffic noise and no sounds from neighbors on either side. We rested really well and couldn’t have asked for a better place. I’d highly recommend it and will return. My family and I stayed twice in early June 2022. We had two queen beds, both very comfortable, with plenty of blankets. The bathroom was spotless, and there was enough hot water for four showers in a row. The AC, WiFi, and television all worked great. The offices, rooms, and grounds were very clean, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

The room had a lovely eclectic vintage feel and was incredibly clean. It reminded me of my Grandmother, which may not sound like a compliment, but I mean it as the highest praise. I even photographed the bedside lamp because I liked it so much and want to find one to buy. The grounds were nice, with a walking trail in the back. We stayed at the end of our National Parks tour, and this place is close to Mesa Verde National Park but far enough away to feel peaceful. The town and park were busy during our visit. I was tired of hotels that all feel like modern, stale, boring copies of each other, so the lobby made an immediate impression. Maybe it was the sweet woman who checked us in and took time to suggest places to eat, or the beautiful Angel Wing Begonia in the lobby. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. I really fell in love with this place.

This is such a cute little inn, clean and tidy, and it smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. The beds are cozy and the water pressure is excellent. I liked that the rooms have separate towels for different uses, including rag towels, shower linens, and makeup remover towels. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back if we’re passing through again.
