We had a really nice stay and will be back. The staff were lovely, and both Andrew, the manager, and Lavonne, who prepares breakfast, stood out. Lavonne keeps the serving area very clean and has such a cheerful way about her that she brightens your morning. Andrew was professional, too. The rooms were clean and the staff clearly work hard.

Lavonne greeted us with a warm smile every morning and was glad to help, which made breakfast a lovely start to the day. Andrew, the manager, checked in to see that all was going well and was helpful. The staff were polite and easy to talk with, and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Its convenient location made it easy to get around. I had a comfortable stay and appreciated the service.

We came to Cortez to explore the area and go to a Native American music event, and we’d stay at this Hampton Inn again when we return. The staff were very nice, answered our questions, helped with extra room linens, and served a great breakfast. The hotel looks as if it had just been renovated, with great colors and carpets and floors in excellent shape. It really presents well.

The hotel made a great base for exploring the national park and nearby area. It’s on the main road in Cortez, with lots of restaurants and even a Walmart just minutes away, plus a brewery and restaurant within walking distance. The lounge and rooms were spotless and beautiful, Hilton standard. Rooms had useful traveler amenities like USB charging, a microwave, fridge, and coffee. Breakfast had omelets, sausage, and potatoes, just right before heading out. There’s also a workout area and indoor pool. Highly recommend.

Booking was easy, and the reservation updates came by email. The price was reasonable, the staff were welcoming, and the room and bathroom were comfortable and spotless. The breakfast bar was amazing and such a nice way to start the day. I’m really glad I chose this place in Cortez. Thanks so much to all of you.
