The manager was flexible and reasonable when an emergency in our party meant we had to change a reservation for three rooms. We really appreciated that. Our room had a peaceful river view, and we enjoyed watching people canoe in the morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Esra (spelling?), who worked in the kitchen, was friendly and chatty, and everyone we met was helpful and welcoming. They made the stay comfortable. I’d definitely return next time I’m in town.

We had a comfortable room overlooking the river, and the breakfast selection was good. Google booked the wrong date, but the hotel staff helped sort out the mix-up, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent.

We stayed for one night and were happy with it. The room was clean and very nice, with a river view, and the pool and hot tub area were clean too. The breakfast attendant could have been a little quicker about wiping tables and refilling food, but we had a good stay overall and would come back.

Bugs were crawling all over the counter near the refrigerator, and even inside it. I panicked and left as soon as I saw them because I can’t stand bugs. I couldn’t bring myself to eat breakfast either. As a loyal IHG Platinum level member, I was very disappointed. After charging me over $200 for the night, the desk person offered me any snack I wanted, but I left without food and just asked the manager to call me about what happened. No manager was there at the time. Three days have passed, so I’m writing this now.

It’s right on the river, which is lovely. The breakfast was decent too, and the place was clean and worth staying at.
