It's a decent budget option near the Tanger area if you just need a simple place to stay. The room was clean, with fresh sheets and towels, though it wasn't the most comfortable. They have coffee and juice at reception in the morning, which was a nice touch. Parking is limited and could be tricky if you arrive late. I stayed at Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites - Tanger Mall in Nashville, TN, and found it affordable and perfectly fine for the price.

I had paid for and confirmed Room 116 for Nov 21-22, 2025. When I came back around 9:30 AM, well before the 11:00 AM checkout time, the hotel had already cleaned the room and assigned it to someone else without my permission or checking me out. They said the door had been open, but it wasn't, and that doesn't cancel a reservation or give them the right to take the room. The front desk and cleaning staff walked away while I was speaking and refused to help. I had to leave without the service I paid for. I also found out the hotel has bed bugs. It's not clean, safe, or professional. I strongly advise people to avoid it. Terrible experience. Be very careful with this hotel.

I went to this MOTEL for a friend to look at a room. Although the rooms had been remodeled and seemed somewhat decent at first, the non-smoking room I was shown smelled strongly of smoke. I thought my friend might still be able to manage it. The owner quoted $90, plus a $40 early check-in fee. I said I'd found a better online deal, around $120-140 for three nights, and preferred to book that way. He got defensive, called me “unruly,” and abruptly said there were no rooms available, even though he'd just shown me one. It was clear he didn't like guests mentioning third-party booking sites. The conversation had been civil until I brought up the online price. I was calm and respectful, but his reaction felt unprovoked and unprofessional. As a Black woman, I felt targeted and disrespected. It was hard not to think his hostility came from both frustration at not being able to overcharge me and racial bias. I initially asked to pay cash because the room wasn't for me, and he made a comment implying I couldn't afford to pay by card. That was offensive and deeply stereotypical. I was dealing with the OWNER, so take the culture of this establishment into account when booking. This MOTEL is in a questionable area, with homeless people gathered nearby and room doors that don't seem to have adequate locks. Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn offer cleaner, safer places in the area for around $120 a night, so paying $130 here seemed like management trying to take advantage of a customer. It might be a last resort for someone in urgent need, especially a male traveler, but I personally would never stay. The online price can look fair, but the experience, safety concerns, and treatment from the OWNER were enough for me to warn others. I hope this helps someone choose with better information.

I needed a room for one night after knee surgery and couldn't manage the stairs to the second floor. Booking.com had no way to note that I needed a ground-floor room, so I called the hotel and explained. The clerk said he could accommodate me, gave me the price and mentioned a $50 deposit. I asked him to hold the room, and he did. The room had plenty wrong with it: the smoke alarm was sitting on the counter instead of on the wall, the comforter was torn, the shower had no water pressure, the toilet was loose, and there was no phone. At 3:30 a.m. I woke to people fighting next door. The man must have thrown the woman against the wall because it was loud, and she screamed for over an hour. Nobody called the front desk or police. I didn't call because I was alone, right next door, and scared. When I returned to get my $50 deposit, I told the clerk, and he smiled and said weekends are like this. There were homeless people walking around, along with hookers and pimps, and I smelled drugs. Police sirens went all night, it was very loud, and when a neighbor shut their door, my room shook. Thank God I didn't bring my grandkids. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you just want a room for a quickie, lol, or somewhere to do your dope. Us lame folks are looking for something else. Stay away if you can. I'm being 100% honest.

The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was good. You can tell the place is run by its owners. The places across the street were flat-out disgusting. I booked a Super 8 room and paid $70 just to look at the moldy-smelling room and walk out. At Quarters, the owner even showed me the room before I paid. Solid place!
