There are plenty of stores and restaurants across the road and nearby, so the location worked well. The hotel was clean and cozy, and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast had both hot and cold food and was very good. I’ll definitely stay here again.

They changed the amount after telling me they’d honor my family and friends rate. I walked in, explained the rate, and they agreed to it so I wouldn’t have to book online. The next morning they charged me $140 and said they wouldn’t honor it. I was charged double what they’d told me. The staff were awful and didn’t keep their word. They ruined the experience, and it feels like they only care about money. I’ve never had bad staff at a Hampton or Hilton before. I hope this brings your score down so you don’t get a renovation.

Getting off the interstate was easy, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. Our room was 304, and the traffic noise was terrible all night. Ask for an odd-numbered room, since those face the front of the hotel and are away from the loud road noise. There’s no pool, it’s permanently closed. Our room was clean and didn’t smell, though the ceiling looked like the hotel had had some pretty severe water damage.

The room is a little dated and could use a renovation, but it was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, and we were completely satisfied with the room’s cleanliness. Melissa at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She answered our questions about the area and dining while folding towels.
