This was a complete disaster, and I’ll never stay there again. I had to change rooms twice because one had no shower head and another had dirty sheets. The beds and pillows were nasty, the floors uneven, and I killed about 20 roaches. Customer service was bad when I asked questions or made complaints, and they wouldn’t refund me. They also charged me $125 by mistake without telling me. The online pictures are a lie, and this place needs to be shut down.

Raj gave excellent service, listened to what I needed, and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. The hotel feels safe, is easy to reach from the interstate, and has all the advertised amenities working properly. It’s clean, classy, and affordable. I’m looking forward to coming back when I’m in Lake City, FL.

For Monday-to-Friday remote work, I needed an affordable place to sleep, and this is easily the best choice in Lake City and the surrounding area. The rooms exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, size, and how well they worked. Raj at the front desk was professional, kind, and happy to answer questions or concerns. I’d highly recommend the Guest Inn for a local booking.

Guest Inn was quiet and surrounded by lots of businesses. Raj greeted me warmly when I arrived to check in, and he was professional and really nice. My room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the stay. I’ll book again.

The gentleman at the front desk said he and his wife are very particular about cleanliness, and I could see why. The room was surprisingly clean, with no musty or moldy smell at all, which made my overnight stay very pleasant. I’ll come back on future trips. Recommended!
