Super 8 by Wyndham Coshocton Roscoe Village

The room smelled bad, and the bathroom was too small. Breakfast was disgusting and service was terrible. They made us hand in our used towels to get fresh ones, then gave us only two even though there were five of us in the room. The website said the pool was heated, but it wasn’t, and there weren’t enough pool towels. They were very stingy. I will not go back.

There was a sign on the bathroom door saying the pool was out of order, and the bathroom itself had an out-of-order sign. When I asked if there was another bathroom, the man said I could use that one, so I did. I saw two or three dead bugs and thought they were dead pincher bugs. Then, in our room, there was a bug crawling in the bathroom. My boyfriend said it was a roach, and we spotted two more. I went straight to the office for a refund and planned to leave, even though we had nowhere to go. He kept saying they treat for bugs and offered another room, but I didn’t want it. I showed him my video of the roach, and he cancelled it for me. Hopefully I’ll get my money back. At 2am I was lucky to find a place three minutes away, since most places in the area have no office and are hard to book then. coshocton Village Inn was so much nicer, with the pools open and a very nice room that even had a stove top and fishing in the back. The lady was super nice and got us the last room available.

My car broke down, and I needed an inexpensive place for the night. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. We arrived at night while the staff were cleaning, so the hallways smelled great. I’d stay again.

The shower rod in my room was coming off the wall, so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed when I tried to shower. Good thing I wasn’t sharing the room with anyone. Breakfast could also use more choices.
