Camila made breakfast and the Wednesday social feel especially welcoming. She manages the kitchen and food and drinks area, and her warmth and genuine care made the experience more personal and enjoyable. Shawn and Rachel at the front desk were also friendly and helpful, making check-in and other requests easy. I continue to have a pleasant stay at Homewood Suites in Round Rock. The hotel is great, and the staff create a comfortable atmosphere. I'd definitely come back.

I want to apologize to MJ and Rachael for making it sound as if they'd kicked me out when I couldn't extend my room. That wasn't what happened. They explained why I couldn't extend, and they've been great to talk to, with lovely personalities. They also do a great job keeping the place looking good. Please discard my complaint. I posted a photo of it so you can reverse it. Thanks again to MJ and Rachael.

My company held a 2-day meeting here, and the event space was in a great location and just the right size for our group. The Homewood Suites staff and coordination team were professional and accommodating, and communication before and during the event was seamless. I'll keep contacting them for future needs.

The hotel felt worn and not very well maintained, and it wasn't as clean or fresh as I expected for what we paid. It being pet-friendly may suit some guests, but it didn't work for us. We booked a two-bedroom suite at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin for a family getaway and had been excited, especially for the kids. Instead, the stay was frustrating from arrival. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, but it was closed because of chemicals, and we were told it might not reopen during our stay. That hadn't been disclosed before booking. The TVs also weren't true smart TVs, despite the room's QR codes advertising Netflix and streaming services, which disappointed the kids. What should have been a fun family weekend became stressful and underwhelming. I wish the amenities and conditions had been explained honestly beforehand so we could make an informed decision.

Camila and Kiana deserve a shoutout for their charming attitude, and the staff are always courteous and super friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Drinks and snacks at the Wednesday social are much better than at other Homewood Suites where I've stayed. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Austin.
