I’ve been here close to a year and a half and still really enjoy living here. The landscaping is beautiful, and when I put in a maintenance request, someone usually shows up within about an hour. The utility bills add roughly $150-200 each month, plus $60-80 for parking, so keep that in mind. I can live with those costs because I’m having a good time here and see how hard the workers and maintenance team work. I’m a little nervous about renewal after hearing the rate can go up, but I hope it stays around what I’m paying now.

Joanna made the move from out of state much easier. I had loads of questions, and she answered them knowledgeably and patiently, with a really relaxed attitude. Once I moved in, Jesus and Angel quickly and professionally took care of a few things in the unit. The grounds look incredible, and I feel like I’m living at a resort. It’s also close to everything. I’d definitely recommend Avenue of the Arts around Costa Mesa and Newport Beach.

My husband and I moved into a bigger apartment here, and we’re really happy with it. We’ve been at 3400 avenue of the arts for almost two years, and Matthew made this move the easiest part of the whole thing. The experience was great.

After relocating back to Orange County, I chose 3400 Avenue of the Arts again. I wasn’t nearby to tour the apartments, but Matthew Comicz, the General Manager, talked me through several options that fit my main requirements and sent a video. I felt comfortable choosing the unit he recommended. He handled the move-in and got everything wrapped up in a few days, following through on his promises and responding quickly with great attention to detail. The property is well cared for, and the service team is knowledgeable and quick to help.

It’s a lovely place, and I hope to stay for a while. The location is hard to beat, with stores, restaurants, and things to do within two traffic lights. The apartments are nicely laid out, the building looks good, the elevators are fast, and the amenities are top tier. Matthew and his team made getting moved in easy. They answered my questions quickly, explained things clearly, and never pressured me. Any concern or change I brought up was handled within minutes or an hour, and maintenance took care of repairs the same day. Communication and customer service have been more personal here than anywhere else I can think of, including stores, restaurants, airlines, and dealerships. I highly recommend living here.
