Crowne Plaza Oceanfront (closed Down)

My son had the best winter school break, which meant everything to me. We were so glad we chose this hotel for our Singer Island trip, and we'd definitely stay here again if we return. Our room stayed spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job each day. The amenities were excellent, and everything felt clean and organized. From check-in, the front desk was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Everyone on the team we met was helpful and attentive.

Whitney, the Concierge, was outstanding. She was so kind, caring, and informative, exactly the kind of person every hotel needs. I don’t write many reviews, but she deserves the mention. We loved the hotel, and the ocean view at sunrise was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and kind from the beach through the hotel.

We liked the good sized pool and hot tub, and there’s happy hour every day with $9 drinks and beers for a little less. The rooms are spacious, with a nice sized bathroom. The hotel is right on the beach, and people were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were nice, the food was good, and they bring it right to your beach chair.

Our three night stay for a company conference went smoothly thanks to Lauren Healey and Christina Pear. We had employees, vendors, and partners at the three day event, and Lauren and Christina handled the details so well that we could enjoy it instead of worrying about logistics. They checked in often, answered questions within seconds, and even managed last minute printing and signage requests. I was so impressed that I asked Lauren about hosting my wedding at The Singer. I can’t recommend the hotel or this team enough. From the start, the whole visit was fantastic. Bobby at valet greeted me right away and helped unload my VERY full car, and every front desk associate smiled and welcomed me too. I truly have no negative comments.
