A coffee shop and fly shop are only half a block away, and it’s easy to get to parks, hiking trails, and playgrounds for the kids. We stayed in the middle of the Ozarks on the White River, at The Commercial Hotel. The house was spotless and spacious, with room for everyone to have their own space. We’d definitely return.

Jason and Kammi were great hosts and communicators, and made sure we had what we needed. My son and I had a fantastic stay at the Commercial Hotel in Cotter. It was very clean, spacious, and tech savvy. We came to trout fish, and good restaurants, fly shops, and other fun things were just minutes away. It’s a beautiful part of Arkansas and a great place to stay around Cotter, the White River, or Bull Shoals Lake.

We’ll definitely stay here again. Cotter Park, the White River, a good coffee shop, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. We spent three nights and had a fantastic experience. Our room and the area around it were exceptionally clean. Support small businesses! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. We were working nearby and decided to try this place, and had a really good experience. It has a laid-back, homey, throwback feel while still providing modern necessities. I’d like to come back for a vacation in the area and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, five stars for sure!

The price is unbeatable, and I’ll definitely bring my family to this exact place next time. I came with friends for a fishing trip and wow, it was an amazing stay. The rooms are well cared for, and the owner is friendly and helpful. We had a great time.
