Awin gave us such a good price that the spacious, comfortable rooms felt like a steal. We booked one week as a group, then extended for another. Awin and his wife were kind and attentive. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic, comfortable bed. I’d read the other reviews and wondered if they came from disgruntled employees, since some sounded so bad. My room was great, and there were no bugs.

The rooms were spacious, pretty clean, and had comfy beds. It’s not bad for the price. Breakfast was disappointing: just a couple kinds of cereal, a couple of egg patties, and barely any waffle batter. I had to hold down the dispenser for a while to fill a cup. Maybe they don’t often get many guests at once, but they’d run out of nearly everything only an hour into breakfast.

I was unsure about staying because some reviews mentioned bed bugs, so I checked both mattresses in room 218. I found no sign of them, and the room was clean with fresh sheets. Breakfast could be better, but for the price this hotel was pretty good. Some reviews make it sound worse than it is.

The kitchenette was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. In a pinch, it’s a reasonable value. But the furniture is old, there’s water damage in the bathroom, one bathroom light fixture was completely out, and the flooring has seen better days. The bed sat too low, the mattress was worn, and the blackout curtains didn’t really darken the room. After driving most of the night, it was too bright for me to get proper rest. If you expect things to meet a certain standard, this might not be the place for you.
