Marsha S. really stood out for her hospitality. We were supposed to have a standard king room, but a heating system issue came up, and she found us a larger king with a separate living area. Traveling with my wife, our 7-year-old son, my mother, sister, and a cousin visiting from Argentina and Peru, we really appreciated the extra room. This was my second stay here, and I'll likely return. We also had room 416, a double queen with a river view. It wasn't spectacular, but the view included Bengals stadium on the Cincinnati side, which was a nice touch. The larger room was 404, also with a river view. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. Breakfast was great. The pool, about 84°F, wasn't the warmest but was enjoyable for swimming and playing. Pool towels were plentiful and restocked quickly. My cousin, an Ironman athlete, was happy with the gym. Small fridges and microwaves in all the rooms made leftovers easy to store and reheat. The staff were all great, with Marsha especially memorable. For a family of four with two kids, I'd recommend booking the larger room for extra space and independence.

The staff really made this a good stay. Breakfast staff were sweet and attentive each morning, and the team did room service every day, making the bed and replacing towels. That's the first time I've had daily service at a hotel since 2020. The location was great, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The HVAC and heat worked well throughout the building. We used the conference room for meetings the whole stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many connections it had for hooking up different devices. The rooms and building were nice, and the pool felt clean and well maintained. I'd recommend it, 10/10.

Easy to get to right off the highway, and the building was quiet. The rooms were really clean, the staff welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was darn good. The pool was lovely too. My daughter and I had it to ourselves for a morning swim before checkout.

The staff made a difficult situation during our stay feel manageable. They treated us with real kindness, handled everything professionally, and went out of their way to make it right. We’re grateful and plan to come back.
