The rooms were very nice, but the morning service was unfriendly and stressful. I arrived very late after a highway accident and asked for late checkout so I could sleep in. The front desk hadn't recorded the request, and I woke up to calls in the room and knocking at the door. I hope they get their system organized so this doesn't happen to someone else.

There are lots of cheaper hotels around, but this one was the best for us. It was clean, the location worked perfectly, and it wasn't a bad place at all.

I was very disappointed. We booked two queen beds but got a king and a pullout instead. The walls and ceiling were so thin that I could hear people talking and walking in the hall and upstairs, and light came through a gap under the door. We checked out Friday at 10:30, but they billed us for two extra days. The bath and shower creaked and made so much noise I worried I might fall through, though I didn't. There was just one tiny garbage can in the bathroom, and the ice machine didn't work.

The kids had fun in the pool, though it could use vacuuming. Our king suite was clean and spacious, with a tidy bathroom, decent shower pressure, and a comfortable bed with spotless sheets. Breakfast ran until ten and had cereal, oatmeal, apples, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, pastries, bagels, English muffins, and a waffle station with plenty of toppings. I'd recommend it.
