The walls had splatters that hadn’t been cleaned, and the pool wasn’t open. It didn’t look as if it had been open in years. Staff never came to clean the room, so the whole stay was unpleasant. I’d suggest finding somewhere else.

The hotel was unbelievably dirty, with mold everywhere and sheets that were dirty and smelled awful. I had to buy my own pillows and blankets just to be able to sleep. There was hardly ever anyone at reception, and you’d wait at least five minutes for somebody to show up. The dishwasher didn’t work either. I asked for it to be fixed, but no one came for a few days. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The smell on the third floor is exactly as previous reviews describe. It’s like hot beef stew spilled on carpet soaked with cat urine. The staff were rude, and that’s putting it mildly. I didn’t meet a single polite person in the whole building. The food was atrocious, with fruit flies all over the juice machine, and cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. I stayed for two weeks and they never changed my bedding. When we tried to extend the stay, the front desk wouldn’t let us, so we’ll take our money across the street to the Residence Inn. I wouldn’t recommend this property. My company has also put it on the do not book list.

I was doing laundry today, and when I came back for my clothes, my laundry basket was gone. I asked Ali at the front desk if there was another basket I could use since someone had taken mine. He shook his head no and told me not to leave the basket there. I said I keep it there while my clothes dry in the dryer, and he said “GO” to me.
