If you’re after somewhere quiet and simple, this fits. It’s very clean, affordable, and within walking distance of the lifts.

The host was quick to respond, and we’d gladly stay again. Our condo had new finishes and felt very serene. It’s close to downtown crested Butte, with a great mountain view, and the property felt very safe. 😁

We booked Three Seasons through Vacasa, the Marriott vacation rental site, for a last minute January ski trip, and it was a terrible experience. The room itself looked nice, but we barely stayed in it. Marijuana smoke smelled so strong that my throat started burning almost right away, so we left immediately. Vacasa said they could only contact the local property manager. We were offered the choice to stay with the doors and windows open, even though it was January in Crested Butte and temperatures were below 0 F. That wasn’t workable. They then offered 15% off a future stay, but never offered us another room. We booked a room in Gunnison instead, and I’ve written a review of that place too. Getting into the room was already a hassle. We were on the third floor in Room 332a, and there’s no passenger elevator, so expect to use the stairs. There is a small luggage lift, probably big enough for most bags, though I don’t know whether skis would fit. The electronic lock wasn’t working, and we spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Vacasa getting a lockbox code. The building has limited parking, which was difficult with our pickup. It looks old on arrival, and in this case the inside felt run down too. Carpets were worn and dirty, and pet odors were very noticeable. The pool and hot tub were open, but tiny and not places I’d use. Avoid this place. The experience and customer service were horrible.

I went back to the place where I lived and worked more than 30 years ago. It hasn’t changed at all. I loved it then, and it was lovely to see it again today.

The game room was awful and uninviting. The pool table needed quarters, and you could borrow equipment from the front desk only from 9-5. There was just one washer and one dryer, each costing $3 per load. Our third floor condo had uneven temperatures, with one bedroom always too hot and the other freezing despite the thermostat setting. The hallways were dark even in daytime, and the pool and hot tub were closed. I wouldn’t stay here again.
