Comfort Inn & Suites Crestview South

The room was clean and really comfortable, and the front desk staff and manager were so nice and accommodating. We visit my son in Crestview often, and this motel is our new go-to. There's a lovely outdoor area for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This particular location is right off the interstate and close to stores and restaurants. Great value for the money!

We chose Comfort Inn & Suites after comparing reviews for the nearby hotels, and I'm glad we did. The lobby and our first-floor room were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly as soon as we arrived, and being pet-friendly made it a perfect fit for us. Highly recommend!

I hate having to leave this review, because the rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast is honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. But the noise from nearby rooms makes it hard to recommend this place. On my latest stay, I could hear every word of another party's conversation over speakerphone, though the man wasn't speaking loudly. I could even hear text message notifications on their phone. The walls and floors seem unbelievably thin, like rice paper. It's strange for a fairly new building, and the soundproofing is the worst I've experienced in a commercial building. If noise and having little privacy don't bother you, it could be a great choice. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

The free breakfast was very good, and everything in our room worked. We got a king room on the first floor, which had been renovated just two years ago. It was excellent, modern, and very clean, with electric window shades and vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The parking lot was spacious and well lit at night, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The I 10 exit is handy too.
