The room was dirty when I checked in, with water that wouldn't drain and someone's chewed gum left on the table. The outside looked unclean too. I asked to move, but was told there were no rooms available, so I said I'd leave for another hotel and get a refund. The front desk guy agreed, and I handed in my key. Later, they told the booking company I hadn't returned it. When I called, the guy threatened to show surveillance video as proof, even though I know I returned the key and was happy to see the footage. He hung up and ignored my later calls, and the booking company couldn't get through either. Now I have to take it up with my bank. I've never had such a bad experience. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid it. They lied to me, and I feel scammed.

I paid for a room at the front desk, then was told there wasn't one available after all. Staff sent me to contact the hotel's official website myself for a refund instead of sorting it out, and they were rude and dismissive about it. Taking payment before saying there's no room, then leaving the guest to chase the refund, was completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room wasn't dirty, and the staff were pretty decent. It's an okay, inexpensive place for one night, but the room smelled, the bath plug was missing, and the water never got properly hot. The beds are rock hard, and the stairwell smells awful, like drugs.

I always hate having to check out and leave. The staff are really cool and professional, the amenities I need are here, and the price and deposit are hard to beat. I just want to stay forever! 😍😍😍

I've stayed here three times and would definitely recommend it. My room was huge, with a clean space and a comfy bed. Johnny at reception was friendly and professional.
