Wendy at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s a very nice new hotel, with clean rooms and common areas and comfortable beds. A few things could be better: the fridge is undersized, there was just one bar of soap for both the sink and shower, which was really inconvenient, and the red couch in the room was uncomfortable.

Isaiah at the front desk was polite and professional, and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. His dinner suggestions were right on for both restaurants. I stay in hotels every week, and was really pleased with the service. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and comfortable. My only wish is for microwaves in the rooms, or at least on every floor. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The location is handy for downtown Olean and the surrounding area. Our room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Wendy at the front desk made us feel at home and took care to make sure everything was right. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made this the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the amenities made the visit unforgettable.

Amazing location, and I’ll stop by again. Wendy was incredibly accommodating. Corporate, take notice when your staff goes above and beyond. I was impressed by her initiative, she needs a raise!
