Miami Stay With Pool Luxury

When we went, the place was called Sun, Style & Swim Cozy Home W Pool & Parking, at 256 Northwest 57th St, Miami, FL. That was its name in April of this year, but after bad reviews they changed it. No one was there to explain anything when we arrived, so I had to call to find out where the sheets were. There were four of us and the sheets weren’t ready. When my son got rashes from bites, I called again and they insisted it was from something else. They didn’t seem to care, made excuses, and didn’t help us. The same happened when I asked to extend a night and then tried to cancel that same day. They lied. Don’t make excuses. You just answer the phone and never show up, even when someone needs help and has called. The service is terrible, and it’s really far from the center in a less-than-ideal neighborhood. Here’s what I wrote and the answer they made up. It was so annoying. I just recommend that you don’t go. They don’t help you, and then they give you the answer they want.
