The room itself needed work, and a panel in the door could be slid open from outside to look in. I barely rested. For one night I spent over $300, though I did get the $100 deposit back, so more than $170 was still for a room that needed repairs. There were also two rooms accidentally booked through my account on Booking.com. I asked the hotel to refund the unused one, but they kept sending me in circles. Booking.com emailed them to request the refund, and the decision was left to the hotel. Two employees said Booking.com had to approve it, which wasn't true. I would've rated the place higher if I'd had better service. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I won't book with them again.

Keep your suitcase shut. I had a roach fall on me for the first time, and this same problem happened to me three years ago and still hasn't been taken care of. The owner and his wife were very nice when I walked in, and they gave me another room right next door. The appointment, I don't know.

It was really quiet inside, and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and I enjoyed the light continental breakfast.

They charged my card for two rooms and refused to refund the one that wasn't used. The front desk staff weren't helpful, and the rooms weren't in the best shape. I wouldn't recommend it.

The front desk was accommodating, and extending our stay was no problem. The rooms were clean and had good amenities. Internet details are on the key card envelope, so read it, even if you usually don't. The location is convenient, next door to Walmart and with easy access to Ferdon Blvd.
