The breakfast ran from 6 to 10 am, which made it easy to have a relaxed morning. There was a great variety, the food was excellent, and everything stayed fresh and well stocked. The Hampton by Hilton was spotless from the moment I arrived, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A really convenient, comfortable stay with great service. I'd recommend this Hampton by Hilton for a reliable, enjoyable hotel experience.

The rooms were very clean, and the building was well maintained. The staff were friendly from check-in through check-out, smiling and greeting everyone who passed. The breakfast attendant was the kindest we've met across many stays at other hotels. I wish all Hampton properties were like this one.

The bathroom doors were sliding barn doors with a wide gap, and the window curtains left a solid six inches uncovered. It was a second-floor room ending in 07. The room was under my partner's name. I don't want a refund or anything from Hilton; I'm just sharing an honest account of my stay. The reply implying I was lying felt unprofessional. If you don't mind using the toilet and shower in front of everyone sharing the room, and the curtain tracks being too short to cover the windows, this place may suit you.

As a Diamond member, I expect this kind of service from Hilton. My wife and I come to this area often to relax, and after several stays at another Hilton nearby where the property seemed to decline each time, we tried Hampton Inn Crestview. It was a good choice. From check-in on, service and professionalism were top notch. The property and rooms were clean, and we had the right number of towels. Whatever they're doing here should be a model for other Hilton properties. They've mastered customer service.
