Holiday Inn Express Crockett by IHG

We could hear the person in the next room, but we talked with them and ended up having a quiet, cozy, peaceful stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was yummy, with a pancake maker. They also had nice Dove brand body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. I'd definitely come back.

Everyone who worked there was kind, helpful, and personable. The room was spacious, with two beds, a seating area, and a large bathroom. But when we checked the tub, it had rust spots and looked nasty. The toilet paper holder was so badly designed that the roll kept falling onto the floor, so I tightened it myself about 15 minutes after we arrived. For almost $200, I shouldn't have had to fix anything or shower in a rusty tub.

I needed to check in early so I could make an online meeting, and Matt and the front desk staff worked with me to get into my room in time. They were incredibly accommodating throughout my visit to the Holiday Inn in Crockett. While I was in town on business, the hotel manager also suggested local places to eat and things to do, which helped me get familiar with the area. I appreciated how willing everyone was to help, and I'll stay here again.

The room was disgusting for nearly $200 a night. I found pubic hair in the shower and yellow stains on the towels. There was an event making noise all night, and nobody made any effort to quiet it down. Housekeeping clearly doesn't care, and the place seems poorly managed. I should've driven the 30 miles to stay somewhere else. I wouldn't come back.
