My company has been staying here for over five months, and we’re sick of cold showers. We’ve complained about the hot water for months, but nothing has been done to fix the system. It really feels like the ownership doesn’t care about guests. Fix your trash, Hilton Hotels!

The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the location is great, right beside a Walmart. But there’s one big problem: no hot water.

Krystal at the front desk greeted me with a beautiful smile and such welcoming eyes. She was kind and respectful. Thanks so much for the great hospitality.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I didn’t have a single issue from booking through checkout. Mrs. Tonya and her crew are top notch!

My daughter and her two babies were in one of the two rooms we’d reserved side by side. Around 11 pm, she found brown water coming up between the tiles and a sewer smell. The hotel offered to move her and the babies to another floor, which would have meant waking both kids, and I wouldn’t have been able to help her through the night. We moved the children in their pack-n-plays into our room next door without waking them. The hotel won’t offer my daughter a refund. A very poor experience.
