Ballpark Lofts by Sonder

We love how spacious our apartment is and the layout works really well for us. It's an older building, so we've had a few issues with the appliances and AC/heater, but the maintenance crew has been a Godsend and fixed every problem. Getting downtown and to the highways is also convenient, and the location has been awesome.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and my apartment and the maintenance are excellent. It's a great place to live. If management updated the appliances and sorted out the garage issue during games, this could be a 5-star place. Keep up the good work.

The location is great and the amenities are good, but the management company makes living here not worth it. They try to get every dime they can out of you for the smallest things, both while you're living there and after you move out. Read the lease thoroughly if you decide to stay, since there's plenty of fine print they may use to charge you. It gets frustrating and sleazy at times.

The office staff are the main reason living here has been worth it. The property manager has been helpful, understanding, and great at communicating with me over the years. I've been a resident since April 2016, but I'm about to move on to DFW. Like any apartment complex, there are the usual frustrations. One thing that could be better is the garage entry on event days. Residents and guests need a better check-in system, and it should keep Astros/Dynamo/Concert fans out. Otherwise, it's a great complex in a fun area that's getting better all the time. I'll miss living here.
