Great location, and the rooms were comfortable even if a little dated. The lobby, rooms, and pool area were clean. The hot tub was really warm and had strong jets, just what I needed after a day of driving. Front desk staff were pleasant.

Mary was wonderful. When I called later about a lost stuffed toy, she was patient and even searched for it herself. We also appreciated the 24/7 coffee, games for downtime, and comfortable beds. The Lodge made our stay lovely, and we’ll definitely be back.

It was a very quiet weekend when I visited a while back. The rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves, and the restaurant across the way was quiet too. I liked that the room came with a breakfast voucher. That was a nice touch.

I know everyone has a bad day sometimes, but every person we dealt with was impolite. No smile, no greeting, no friendly gesture. They seemed very somber and emotionless. I was really disappointed and probably won’t go back.
