Economy Inn Crossville

Even arriving at 1:30am, this was a great spot to get some sleep during a road trip home after a disappointing trip. The family running it was really kind, and everything looked clean, from the room and lobby to the parking lot. It’s set back from the main road, so people don’t come through unless they’re staying there. I’ve tried similar places before, but this one was a wonderful stay. I’d come back when passing through.

I’ll probably stay here on my next visit. It was quiet and orderly outside, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable compared with other hotels nearby. The building looked freshly painted, and the parking lines seemed newly done. My room, including the bathroom and fixtures, was clean and comfortable, though dated. The bed was comfortable, but I wanted pillows that were firmer and fluffier. I also missed having an iron and ironing board, USB outlets, and a hook behind the bathroom door for my towel. My do not disturb sign was respected. Familiar restaurants, Walmart, and convenience stores were nearby. Thank you!

I needed somewhere that would take dogs, and the owners were WONDERFUL. The room was clean, with no bed bugs, fleas, or other problems. The AC worked great, and the shower was perfect. The location was excellent too. I hope I can come back, and that the owners expand with more hotels in other places.
