Hampton Inn by Hilton Crown Point

The hotel and rooms were clean and nice, and everyone was polite. We had a small issue during check-in, but three staff members jumped in and got it sorted quickly.

We had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel, and more Hampton Inns, again. Everything was spotless and smelled lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, almost like something a gourmet chef had made.

The noise went on for about three hours. Kids were running and playing in the room above, and the heater in ours was quite loud too. I called the front desk several times, but the line was always busy, so I eventually went down to talk to the receptionist. The noise kept going after that. Our room initially seemed very clean, but I couldn't rest or sleep at all. It was a horrible, very unpleasant stay.

The elevator was out, so we had to choose between taking the stairs to the third floor and getting a room beside the laundry, where the activity was noisy. The bathrooms also had very low, small toilets, around 12-14 inches tall, that looked like the cheap kind used in trailers or RVs. I usually enjoy the hot breakfast at Hampton hotels, but here there were only western omelettes, and they seemed institutional and were cold or barely warm. We chose Hampton and paid more because we expected clean rooms and amenities, based on its quality in the past. No more.
