The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and I’m surprised this place doesn’t rate higher. I’d heard complaints about hurricane damage, but we spent a few days here and found it gorgeous, clean, and well cared for, with lots of mature vegetation. Both the lake lots and canal lots are great. We had a canal spot, though I’d probably pick the lake next time because the fountains are lit at night and look beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and at a great temperature, and there were plenty of laundry machines. We biked into town, which was an easy ride, and went to the beach for sunset. I’m having trouble thinking of anything they need to improve. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

If you’re after a quiet camping trip, I’d avoid this place. It was nice until the weekend crowd arrived. It’s Saturday around 9 p.m. as I write this, and it feels like I’m in the middle of a race, with more than 30 people at the campsite beside me. Sadly, more TT campgrounds seem to be heading this way. At the last two TT parks we visited, about 30 or more people were in the pool drinking, and spilling alcohol into it. Several babies were in the pool without swim diapers too. At Fort Myers, a little girl peed on the pool deck and then went into the pool. I’d avoid TT like the plague.

We’re having a really good stay. My grandson is loving the pool, and the hot tub was fantastic. The staff have been helpful and friendly.
